π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Insurance Producers License or ability to get licensed within six months.
- Healthcare operations experience.
- Knowledge of the ICHRA market and ability to become a SME.
- Client-facing, sales and presentation experience.
- Excellent communication; able to work independently.
