ICHRA Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Support ICHRA segmentation, data uploads, audience refreshes, and QA in Braze.
• Support ongoing ICHRA campaigns, payments, workflows, and error messaging.
• Support intake and organization of collateral and requests from Product/Operations.
• Audit ICHRA communications and collateral for accuracy as needs evolve.
• Assist in developing new collateral as identified by Manager.
• Review and edit communications for clarity and brand alignment across touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM or campaign support.
• Strong writing and editing skills with consistent brand voice across channels.
• Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows; Braze or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track intake, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health benefits communications or ICHRA is a plus.
• High attention to detail and brand consistency.
