- Onboard new and renewing employer clients with completed documents.
- Lead kickoff meetings with client employee populations.

π― Requirements
- Bachelore29s degree or equivalent in customer service.
- 3+ years of customer service or account management.
- Experience in health insurance/account management, ideally ICHRA.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Public speaking and clear communication; cross-functional collaboration.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
