🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelore29s degree or equivalent in customer service.
  • 3+ years of customer service or account management.
  • Experience in health insurance/account management, ideally ICHRA.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Public speaking and clear communication; cross-functional collaboration.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
