ICAM Identity Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on ICAM Engineer deploying and maintaining identity platforms.
• Focus on IdP, PAM, and IGA solutions to enforce least privilege.
• Implement and maintain Entra ID Conditional Access and CAC/PKI.
• Manage federation and SSO using Ping Federate (SAML, OIDC, MFA).
• Onboard and manage privileged accounts within PAM (e.g., Delinea).
• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver and access certification with SailPoint IGA.

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8140 compliant (IAT Level II or higher).
• Hands-on with core identity platforms: Microsoft Entra ID.
• Enterprise PAM (e.g., Delinea) and Enterprise IGA (e.g., SailPoint).
• Strong understanding of least privilege, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, JIT/JEA.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex access control and security configurations.
