Create, maintain and improve rules and workflows
Support IAM environment; handle tickets and incidents
Build and customise the user interface, certification campaigns, forms and reports
Lead complex investigations and craft solutions to prevent recurrence
Document design and configuration management of developed features

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
3+ years in an IAM role or IAM team
Experience with IAM tools (Sailpoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Okta, etc.)
Identity Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Certification
Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python and Java
REST and SOAP API experience (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP)
