- Previous cleaning experience in a food production environment
- Knowledge of cleaning machines like foamers, lifters and scrubbers
- Able to work at heights and undertake required training
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment with raw protein
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
