Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote / In-Person

📋 Description

• Oversee ABA therapy with a 50/50 remote and in-person split.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage parents with monthly parent training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in remote and in-person settings
• Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians remotely and on-site
• Strong data-driven decision making and regular supervision
• Ability to develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans
• Excellent communication with families and clinical teams
