🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years in program management, operations, or similar
- Proven end-to-end program management: roadmap, execution, cross-functional coordination
- People management experience coaching and developing contributors
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational decisions
- Cross-functional experience across product, engineering, analytics, and operations
