Maintain HVAC support equipment and cleanroom environmental control systems
Maintain preventative maintenance on building HVAC for particle, temp, and humidity control
Collaborate with engineering teams to keep systems in peak condition
Perform ductwork mods, brazing, soldering, refrigerants, piping, and insulation repairs
Follow OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other standards
Troubleshoot HVAC and environmental control systems in ISO-class cleanrooms

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2+ years of professional experience working with commercial/industrial HVAC systems
Associate or bachelor’s degree in HVAC technology or related field
4+ years of professional experience with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Universal EPA certification and knowledge of high-pressure, flammable, and refrigeration gases
Experience maintaining HEPA filters and air handling systems in cleanroom or manufacturing environments
