Plan layout, install, test HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
Install, maintain, repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and ducts.
Perform system replacements, upgrades, refrigerant charging, and airflow balancing.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and HVAC docs.
Ensure all work complies with state/local codes, manufacturer specs, and best practices.
Perform diagnostics with meters and gauges; calculate airflow, load, and superheat.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent state certifications.
EPA 608 Certification (required).
Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC service.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safe practices.
Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug testing.
Excellent communication with customers, team, and office staff.
