- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and HVAC docs.
- Ensure all work complies with state/local codes, manufacturer specs, and best practices.
- Perform diagnostics with meters and gauges; calculate airflow, load, and superheat.
π― Requirements
- Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent state certifications.
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safe practices.
- Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug testing.
- Excellent communication with customers, team, and office staff.
