Perform HVAC-related work orders in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in rentals.
Serve as the go-to HVAC SME for in-house technicians, providing guidance and on-site support.
Help standardize scopes of work, pricing, and best practices.
Complete thorough HVAC inspections during move-outs, make-readies, and onboarding.
Perform QA inspections of HVAC work by outside vendors to ensure standards.

🎯 Requirements

State HVAC License in North Carolina (Preferred)
Universal EPA Section 608 Certification
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Valid driver's license
5+ years of HVAC experience
Excellent communication skills
