Perform HVAC work orders (repairs, replacements, diagnostics) in Phoenix market.
Do routine and preventive maintenance on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps.
Act as the in-house HVAC SME; provide guidance and on-site support.
Help leadership identify recurring HVAC work and standardize scope, pricing, and practices.
Complete inspections during move-outs, make-readies, onboarding, as requested.
QA inspections of HVAC work by outside vendors to ensure standards.

🎯 Requirements

State HVAC License (North Carolina preferred).
Universal EPA 608 Certification.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
5+ years HVAC experience.
Tech-savvy; use mobile apps for work orders and scheduling.
