🎯 Requirements
- State HVAC License in the State of North Carolina (Preferred)
- Universal HVAC Certification-EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex HVAC solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy; able to use mobile apps for work orders, scheduling, and communication.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to high-quality work and team collaboration.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
