Perform HVAC work orders (repairs, replacements, diagnostics) in DFW and surrounding areas.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in apartments, condos, and single-family homes.
Serve as the go-to HVAC SME for in-house technicians with on-site guidance.
Help leadership standardize scopes of work, pricing, and best practices.
Complete move-outs, make-readies, onboarding inspections, and owner requests.
Inspect HVAC work by outside vendors for code/compliance adherence.

🎯 Requirements

State HVAC License in NC (Preferred)
Universal EPA Section 608 Certification
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
5+ years HVAC experience
Tech-savvy with mobile apps for work orders
