HVAC Specialist (Chilled Water/Data Center) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Maintain large-scale chilled water HVAC equipment (100 tons+).
• Support datacenters and production environments.
• Develop/update PM work instructions to prevent outages.
• Ductwork, brazing, soldering, evacuation and charging of refrigerants.
• Assemble and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, heating, water).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test pumps and mechanical equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years with large-scale chilled water equipment.
• Chiller plants, DoAS, ARU in industrial/commercial settings.
• Degree or certificate in HVAC technology.
• HVAC knowledge, electrical safety, piping, rotating machinery.
• Basic AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency.
