Ensure code and manufacturer compliance; interact with clients professionally.
Read blueprints and drawings; interpret HVAC documentation.
Plan and execute system replacements, upgrades, and testing.
Operate service truck and HVAC tools; maintain equipment.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent state certs (required).
EPA 608 Certification (required).
5+ years residential/light commercial HVAC service experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles.
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (documentation required).
