π― Requirements
- Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certifications.
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Proficient with mobile work order apps, time tracking, and basic inventory management.
