🎯 Requirements

  • Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certifications.
  • EPA 608 Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Proficient with mobile work order apps, time tracking, and basic inventory management.
