- Diagnose/repair HVAC systems (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
- Replace/repair motors, compressors, fans, thermostats.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC cert preferred.
- 4+ years HVAC service experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, mechanical components; NATE preferred.
- EPA 608 certification (required).
- Read/interpret technical docs and blueprints; familiarity with digital service tools.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites.
