🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5–7 years HVAC field experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and codes
Proven leadership; able to manage multiple teams and priorities
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
