HVAC Service Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC tech activities on maintenance/service calls.
• Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials with the service team.
• Provide technical guidance to field personnel and assist with on-site and remote problem-solving.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety protocols.
• Collaborate with service managers and technicians to ensure smooth department operations.
• Maintain records including timesheets, material deliveries, and daily progress.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate with clients.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting skills and safe work practices.
• Identify and address issues that may impact schedule, budget, or scope.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years HVAC field exp; 2+ years in lead role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and mechanical code
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
