🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
10+ years HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial)
Experience managing projects and leading small teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Desire to grow into a leadership role long-term
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
