  • Prospect and win new business via cold calls, visits, referrals.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with follow-up.

  • Partner with operations and estimating teams to ensure scope and execution.
  • Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of HVAC or mechanical sales experience (required).
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and services.
  • Proven prospecting and closing new business.
  • Cold outreach and face-to-face selling.
  • Consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
