  • 2+ years HVAC or related technical sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with customer focus.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
