  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with passion for helping customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
