📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs, conditions, and budget.
  • Create proposals, estimates, and contracts; present solutions clearly.
  • Collaborate with technicians, PMs, and estimators to ensure pricing and execution.
  • Build lasting client relationships as the primary contact before, during, and after the sale.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through planning and customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of HVAC sales or related technical sales
  • Strong HVAC systems knowledge, components, and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
