🎯 Requirements

2 years HVAC sales or related technical sales experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented with customer focus
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
