Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure code compliance.
Read blueprints, mechanical plans, and wiring diagrams.
Plan replacements, upgrades, and system testing.
Provide strong customer service and professional communication.
Operate service truck and maintain HVAC tools.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certs.
EPA 608 Certification (required).
Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety practices.
Experience with older systems/retrofits is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and clean driving record.
