π― Requirements
- Licensed CT HVAC Technician or equivalent state certifications.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices.
- Experience with older/retrofit systems; leadership/mentoring preferred.
- Clean driving record; pass background and drug tests; mobile apps proficiency.
