Plan, install, maintain, and test HVAC systems in residential/commercial settings.
Install/maintain/repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ducts, thermostats.
Perform replacements, upgrades, refrigerant charging, and airflow balancing.
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for HVAC projects.
Ensure work complies with codes and manufacturer specs.
Diagnostics with meters and HVAC tools; compute airflow, load, and superheat/subcooling.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed CT HVAC Technician or equivalent state certifications.
EPA 608 Certification required.
Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices.
Experience with older/retrofit systems; leadership/mentoring preferred.
Clean driving record; pass background and drug tests; mobile apps proficiency.
