- Maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems and equipment.
- Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems.
- Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units including controller configurations.
- Provide physical maintenance: change filters, clean coils, inspect belts and other mechanical components.

🎯 Requirements
- HVAC Controls experience. Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers are a benefit but not required.
- New Technical School graduate preferred.
- Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they escalate.
- Enjoys continuous learning, technically and professionally.
- Desire to grow professionally beyond being a “filter changer.”
- Customer and safety focused; able to travel within the region.
