- Conduct QC inspections on in-house RTUs and subcomponents at Milford warehouse.
- Identify and quarantine units not passing QC standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Fulfillment to maintain service parts inventory for quick-turn repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, quarantine status, and final approvals in survey tool and ERP.
- Build on existing processes to boost testing efficiency and validity.
- Work with Procurement and Service teams on warranty claims with OEMs.
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years HVAC experience; technician experience preferred.
- Refrigeration diagnostics and HVAC component troubleshooting.
- Prior quality control or inspection experience preferred.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as iPad/tablets; forklift a plus.
- EPA 608 certification and OSHA 10 desired.
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
