Coordinate execution with Construction Director and Service Director; maintain docs

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of PM experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Proven accountability for job cost and schedule performance
PMP or PMP-equivalent training preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
