Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems
Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and other project documents
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs using historical data
Utilize estimating software to streamline the estimating process
Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to ensure coverage
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and RFIs to gather information

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
