HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
• Clean coils, replace belts/filters, check refrigerant, lubricate motors.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients and team.
• Maintain accurate records of work, parts, and system conditions.
• Ensure safety standards, codes, and company policies are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, mechanical components; 1+ year experience.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
