HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and chillers.
• Clean coils, replace belts/filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate motors, repair components.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Ensure safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 1+ year HVAC experience.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• NATE or RMGA certification preferred.
• Read/interpret technical docs and blueprints.
