🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service models, and lifecycle sales
- Experience selling to facility managers, property managers, or building owners
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive Miami market
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout South Florida
