🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years HVAC sales or related tech sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with passion for helping customers.
  • CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
