Monitor building automation, HVAC, electrical, and related systems 24/7 for alerts.
Serve as primary contact for customer facilities and coordinate with internal service teams.
Follow established procedures for alarm handling and escalation.
Operate Level 1 or Level 2 Operators based on experience.
Manage remote troubleshooting using approved remote tools.
Create and track service tickets and dispatch technicians as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical education a plus.
Strong computer skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to follow structured procedures and escalation processes.
High accuracy and attention to detail; time-sensitive work.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
