HVAC Maintenance Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment across buildings.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Replace motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer docs.
• Maintain service records and inform clients of findings.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training/certification preferred.
• 4+ years in commercial HVAC service.
• RTUs, VRF/VRV, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, AHUs.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Read blueprints and schematics; troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license; travel to job sites.
