🎯 Requirements
- CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal
- 3-5 years of residential HVAC repair, installation and maintenance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to problem-solve with minimal support
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to safety standards
