HVAC Field Service Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor a team of commercial HVAC service technicians.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex diagnostics on rooftop units, chillers, and VRF.
• Partner with the service manager to manage parts inventory, fleet utilization, and on-call scheduling.
• Lead performance conversations, on-the-job coaching sessions, and skills assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and general contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or related mechanical trades.
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading field technicians.
• EPA 608 Universal certification (required).
• Knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, VAV, VRF, and building automation interfaces.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills—translate technical issues for non-technical customers.
