🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5-7 years HVAC field experience; 2+ years in supervision.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprint reading.
Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple teams.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
