🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of dispatching or customer service experience (HVAC/building automation or construction preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving; able to multitask; basic computer skills
Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus
Calm under pressure; customer-focused and professional demeanor; able to handle emergencies
