🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills; navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and escalation processes.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: BAS, HVAC controls, facilities operations.
