- Own design submittals for standard systems (diagrams, sequences, lists)
- Interpret mechanical plans to develop control strategies with Kelso libraries
- Apply Kelso controller selection guidelines and ensure proper I/O sizing
- Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, and BAS Programmers on RFIs and changes
- Provide design support during commissioning and T&M activities
🎯 Requirements
- BAS design experience (3–5 years)
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems in Kelso projects
- Proficiency in Kelso CAD/Revit standards
- Experience with Niagara or similar platforms
- Familiarity with BACnet/IP and basic OT networking
- Experience collaborating with GCs, mechanical contractors, and owner reps
