🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in commercial/industrial sectors
Experience managing projects and leading small teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
