📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, outreach.
  • Consult and recommend HVAC solutions based on client needs.
  • Create and present detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts outlining scope.
  • Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and estimators for pricing and execution.
  • Build lasting client relationships as primary contact before and after sale.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in HVAC sales or related technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation, and service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a customer-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
