📋 Description

• Develop and lead a proactive policy agenda for energy, incentives, and development.
• Track, analyze, and communicate impacts of federal/state policy and tax incentives.
• Advocate for regulatory outcomes like accelerated interconnection and incentives.
• Collaborate with executives across Energy Origination, Tax, Finance, and Legal.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners.
• Coordinate internal teams to provide regulatory guidance and impact forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in government affairs or regulatory policy (energy focus).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. energy regulation and incentives.
• Proven leadership with federal/state policymakers.
• Strong communication, relationships, and advocacy skills.
• Experience building and mentoring regulatory teams.
• Ability to align policy with business goals and risk.
