🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years scaling, configuring, and managing PostgreSQL clusters in production.
- Expertise in replication (streaming/logical), failover, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL architecture: WAL, transactions, locking, autovacuum.
- Experience with large-scale PostgreSQL in 24/7 production environments.
- Experience with observability tools like DataDog, NewRelic, etc.
- Deep experience tuning critical performance parameters.
