Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle of salaried positions at our Hunter Douglas Mexico sites. This role involves a deep understanding of the company's objectives and culture, as well as negotiation skills to ensure that the right candidates are selected and brought into the company.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process, including pre-onboarding.
  • Continuously improve sourcing methods to attract strong talent.
  • Make sure both candidates and hiring managers have a great experience.
  • Work closely with teams like HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training, and Operations to meet hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain a solid network of potential candidates “both active and passive” to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary ranges, and local job markets to offer useful insights and suggestions for attracting top talent.
  • Provide backup support to the Talent Acquisition Manager when needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • English skills B2+, or above.
  • Work experience, full recruiting lifecycle, Sourcing strategies, Candidate experience, Recruitment of administrative, engineering, and manufacturing roles.
  • Skilled in ATS tools like Greenhouse and Workday.
  • Soft Skills, Leadership, Team Building, Excellent Communication, Teamwork. Conflict management, Objectives Establishment.
  • Availability to work on-site, with one day a week working from home.
