Position Overview

The Process Analyst Intern will play a key role in streamlining WoW processes in Europe Dealer division in varying domains such as CX processes, order entry and sales processes.

What you'll do

• Develop clear process maps and flowcharts for customer experience processes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Excel
• Perform Lean-driven analyses to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm solutions, establish best practices, and create new standards
• Optionally, explore process mining software or business process management (BPM) tools to optimize workflows.

Who you are

• Skilled in process mapping and workflow analysis, with knowledge of tools like Visio or Lucidchart
• Strong analytical thinker with a focus on operational efficiency
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Do you have a minimum B2 level in Dutch - Required
